Sprouts,Pulses, LEGUMES and Beans all three are a hit when it comes to eating protein daily, I suggest you to have protein sources throughout the day in some or the other form
FIT 2 : SOYA Nuggets, TOFU, Soyabean and Soyaflour all are rich in Protein and serves as added options especially for Vegans, relish them in different forms.
FIT 3: DAIRY : An animal source protein is always higher in terms of quality as compared to a plant based protein, enjoy the milk protein in the form of milk, smoothie, yoghurt, curd, lassi, paneer but remember we want the protein not the added saturated fat hence always keep it skimmed.
FIT 4 : Coming to NON VEGETARIANS
TUNA FISH : It gives you not one but two reasons to be in love, one perfect quality protein and two the health benefits of omega-3 as well
FIT 5 : CHICKEN BREASTS : Eat them Roasted or Grilled, these lean cuts are packed with the goodness of proteins and I am sure all Non vegetarians would agree to me when I say,the best part is apart from being nutritious,its tasty,delicious and takes the least time to get cooked, It's one of my favorite selections.
