FIT 1 : NEVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST
No matter how late you got up to start off your day, even if you are in a worry and need to hurry for you meeting, remember it takes just a minute, sit calmly for a minute and have your meals, when in complete rush, drink a glassfull of milk and take wheatflakes in your fist and eat it on the run, but never skip. The busy your day, the hectic your schedule the more you should take care of diet to avoid health complications due to stress.
FIT 2 : MUNCH ON , BUT MUNCH ON HEALTHY SNACK
It happens, we tend to feel hungry, but we are busy and then when we get time,we prefer ready to eat stuff,may be biscuits,namkeen, cake bites, samosa, kachodi or bhel : And you know its not healthy,you already know it.
Have Fruits, relish on sprouts, have khakra for that munch, have muesli or granola bars.
FIT 3 : PORTION CONTROL
Eat what you love, but remember to eat in moderation,remember Moderation is the key to Healthy living
FIT 4: SHIFT GRADUALLY TOWARDS HEALTHY
You have decided to get fit, perfect,that's awesome but that doesn't mean that you will change your entire eating habit, sleeping pattern, physical activity, lifestyle in a day's time; give your body time,take one step at a time but remember once you take a step do not take a step down just keep moving slowly and gradually towards Health
FIT 5 : STAY COMMITTED
As I always say, Its your commitment to Health, if you from within love yourself then you would always make better choices in life, you will prefer to climb the stairs rather than taking a lift, you would indulge in Yoga rather than smoking cigarette and would eat Healthy be it at Home or at a party.
