Fit 1 : Pump : Ok now most of us think that its our Muscles which are bulked up, but to give you the true meaning its basically a sensation , yes a sensation which is basically felt by the person exercising when the blood fills the muscles beyond the normal resting capacity and hence creating a feeling of muscles been inflated just like a balloon. You might even hear a slang like Pump some Iron which often means lifting heavy weights.
Fit 2 : Six Pack : Now with all the buzz and hype that's been created, thanks to our Bollywood heroes for that,we all understand what Six pack is but to give you a real meaning of Six pack its your Rectus Abdominus muscle, we all know this muscle in us but the fat covering it makes it invible when we say six pack we actually mean that this rectus abdominus is kinda visible as this is totally ripped with hard core exercise.
Fit 3 : Guns : Yup its time for your Biceps and Triceps, these are the Guns. Time to show 'em some guns.
Fit 4 : Ripped : Let's understand what ripped basically means: it the superior musculature and vascularity combined with exceptionally very low body fat. It makes your body look super defined.
Fit 5: Super-set : Yes we all now know what set is ( we discussed tht) , so what's a super set, is it merely two sets of different exercises? No not really. A super set means two sets of different exercises performed back to back with no rest in between. You might observe your trainer sometimes pairing exercises of your antagonist muscles like biceps and triceps, back and chest these are pretty much one kind of Super-sets.
