Fit 1 : Rep : stands for Repetition, which means a single complete movement of a particular exercise, so ideally if we say 10 Reps that would mean you need to do ten complete movements of the same exercise without a break in between.
Fit 2 : Set : Now once you know what rep is set is simply a group of successive reps, for instance if you did a particular exercise/ movement ten times without a gap, then 1 set = 10 reps, similarly if you are asked to do 2 sets then you ideally do the same thing again.
Fit 3 : Intensity : Now this one basically tells you about how hard are you actually pushing yourself / working compared to your maximum effort possible.
Fit 4 : Tempo : This one's simply the speed at which you perform the exercise.
Fit 5 : Rest : Also called the rest period which happens to be the recovery time between exercises or sets. Sometimes for beginner a complete rest day is also planned that too is termed as Rest.
You start using these and we shall get back with the gym floor lingo to make you fit in five
