Fit 2 : Carbonated Beverages or Soda release Co2 making you bloat with frequent consumption. Try having fresh fruit juice or Nimbu Pani, coconut water instead.
Fit 3 : Salty Foods : A pinch of Salt is definitely good for you but take care that its only a pinch. If you are used to having too much of Salt in your daily diet and consume food which is mostly salty you better be alarmed. Salt retains water leading to Bloated stomach and not just stomach but your entire body. Processed Foods that means ready to eat, canned veggies and soup, soya sauce and also soda bicarb and other sodium containing foodstuffs. Check for the Sodium content in the label.
Fit 4: Cruciferous Veggies : Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts have this inborn power to make you feel bloated if not cooked properly or if the stomach finds it too difficult for them. They actually have Raffinose in them which remains undisgested until it reaches the large intestine and here it is fermented by methane containing bacteria, this leads to Gas and Bloating, try limiting if you are prone to Bloating.
Fit 5 : Alcohol containing sugar substitutes : If you are used to consuming artificial sweetener and feel bloated check if its since you started having the sweetener , in that case, if your sugar substitute is alcohol containing one, check in the ingredients for Mannitol, Mallitol ,Sorbitol than you have found the trigger, Remove it from your diet.
