You see this is why I always say all food are good none is bad but for some one is a friend and other a foe, this time Wheat, though a friend of most of us, but for the one's having gluten intolerance,its nothing more than a foe.
FIT 2 : RYE : the cereal that is used in making Rye Bread, that again is on the avoid list
FIT 3 : BARLEY : a staple to northern hills area of India,this wonder cereal does no good for a celiac patient,its best to omit it to avoid gastric disturbances
FIT 4 : OATS : Yes, I know again my never ending love for my best friend Oats, brings me back tohaving Oats topping the charts but this time not for good,Oats aren't your best friend if you have difficulty digesting Gluten, in that case its best to stay away from Oats

Often Gluten Intolerance is accompanied with a secondary complication called the Lactose Intolerance
FIT 5 : Avoid Dairy esp. Milk as people having difficulty with Gluten are usually reported to develop secondary intolerance to lactose,the milk sugar again causing gastric distress
