Fit 4 : Milk : Its a great way to start your day rather than starting it with the tannin rich Tea or Coffee,have a glassfull of Milk or club it with Muesli to make it wholesome and better.
Fit 5 : Water : Indeed I would certainly recommend you to have good amount of water as soon as you are awake as this ensures your body is not just well hydrated but also is fresh and breathes fresh air.
